We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full-Stack Developer at Bity SA, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge trading platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our users.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to develop user friendly and efficient features
• Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of our trading platform
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability
• Implement security best practices to protect user data and assets
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in
cryptocurrency trading
• Collaborate with internal back-end developers and web designers to improve usability as well as external partners from the ecosystem
• Help back-end team with development and troubleshooting
• Provide technical support to integrators
• Write and maintain both internal and external technical documentation
• Take initiative to propose new and improve existing projects. Be proactive and suggest actionable ideas to improve the experiece to our customers
Requirements:
• Degree in computer science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a focus on web applications or APIs
• Proficiency in fundamental front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS,
TypeScript or React
•Proficiency in server-side languages such as Python, Rust and SQL
•Proficiency in POSIX Shell or Kubernetes is a plus
•Proficiency in back-end web technologies (HTTP, JSON, OpenAPI, caching, CORS, CSP)
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency trading concepts is a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Attention to detail and excellent analytical and multitasking skills
• Good software analysis skills (Collect requirements (business, user) ; draft structure of information ; draft integration of service ; collect feedback from other teams (backend, support) ; implement the software ; test internally with everyone ; release)
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Strong commitment to security and data privacy
• Fluent in English and French
