- You have at least 1-2 years of experience in helpdesk department and/or client support
- Great client communication and empathy skills are a must
- Fluent in EN and FR: written, read, spoken. DE a major plus
- Ability to set priorities and multi-task
- You must be eligible to work in Switzerland with no criminal background
- You’re rigorous and pay attention to the details
- You are used to teamworking as well as working alone
- Familiarity with cryptocurrencies/blockchain space a major plus
- CFC or equivalent studies
Workload and responsibilities :
- Perform KYC/AML verifications including video calls as per Swiss regulations
- Follow-up of our customer’s KYC/AML files
- Provide curteous 1st level support to our clients
- Keep Bity’s FAQ up to date
- Take part of internal projects to improve Bity’s support/onboarding processes
- Report user’s most frequent issues to product team in order to enhance Bity’s services
