Your missions :
- Follow-up of regulatory changes impacting the company
- Provide legal support to the Management
- Legal analysis related to the introduction of new products and services
- Follow-up and review of internal regulations and related procedures
- Management and follow-up of communications with MROS (Money Laundering Reporting Office)
- Establishment and follow-up of contracts
- Planning the company's annual general assembly
Desired profile:
- Bachelor's degree in law, Master's degree a plus
- Excellent knowledge of French and very good knowledge of English. German a plus
- Ability to analyze, synthesize and write with ease
- Dynamic and willing character
- Organized, autonomous
- Knowledge in the field of financial intermediation and cryptocurrencies an asset

Vos missions :
- Suivi des changements réglementaires impactant la société
- Apport d’un soutien juridique à la Direction
- Analyses juridiques liées à l’introduction de nouveaux produits et services
- Suivi et revue du règlement interne ainsi que des procédures associées
- Gestion et suivi des communications avec le MROS (bureau de communication matière de blanchiment d’argent)
- Établissement et suivi de contrats
- Planification de l'Assemblée Générale annuelle ordinaire de la société
Profil souhaité :
- Titulaire d’un bachelor en droit, master un plus
- Excellentes connaissances du français et très bonnes connaissances de l’anglais. Allemand un plus
- Capacité d’analyse, esprit de synthèse et aisance rédactionnelle
- Caractère dynamique et volontaire
- Organisé(e), autonome
- Connaissances dans le domaine de l’intermédiation financière et des cryptomonnaies un atout.
