Our crypto ATMs are now back online and available for use.
It's important to note that while the ATMs are safe to use, our tech team is still making updates to the network itself to hopefully avoid this error from happening again in the future. During this time, we hope to avoid further service disruptions, but please note they may happen.
We again greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this situation. We will notify you if anything changes within the network.

Greetings community members,
It's with regret that we inform you that all Crypto ATMs in our network have been temporarily set offline and made unavailable for use until further notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
Service disruption on the ATMs began at approximately 13:20 UTC today and continued hourly throughout the day. The exact source of the disruption is currently unknown, but our technical team is working hard with our vendors to identify and repair the issue as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, due to the current unknown nature of the disruptions, we are unable to definitively tell you when the ATM network will be back online. It may even be several days before we are able to repair the issue if a fresh server install is required.
We will notify you via social updates as more information becomes available.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and patience as we work on solving this issue as soon as possible.
